It’s easy and quick to join us - and as soon as we receive your application we will contact you to arrange your business set up visit at the earliest opportunity.

Once your application paperwork has been completed and received at the Andover office, your service with us will start immediately if required.

Contact us now on 0845 644 3549!

Within 3 days of your start date, you will be sent a welcome e-mail. This e-mail will provide you with the following:

  • your User ID for our Extranet
  • a letter informing Providers that you are now a client of Tenet Support Services, which you can enclose with any agency applications you may submit
  • various compliance documentation

A separate letter will be issued on receipt of the signed paperwork, to all Product Providers you marked on the Provider Notification Request form, to inform them of your affiliation with Tenet Support Services and your entitlement to the Tenet Group commission rate enhancements.

Within 2 working days of the welcome e-mail being sent you will receive 3 calls as follows:

  • a member of the client services team will call to introduce themselves to you and to let you know who you should deal with at Tenet Support Services in relation to the various aspects of your service.
  • a Helpdesk employee will contact you to introduce themselves to you and to help you with any initial compliance queries you may have.
  • a business adviser allocated to you will contact you to book in your Initial Business Support Visit.

Initial Business Set-up Visit

Your Initial Business Set-up Visit will include:

  • assistance with the FSA application if needed
  • guidance on all key compliance issues
  • setting you up with a T&C scheme
  • going through supporting documents and templates
  • taking you through the on-line private extranet
  • and making sure you have everything you need to get your business up and running

Going direct for the first time?

Moving to direct for the first time can be daunting with the paperwork involved - but that is where our standard service starts.

We will take you through the complete FSA application form and provide you with supporting documents and templates to ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible.

You can call our helpdesk with any queries you may have as soon as you sign up.
